The Spring Edit: Spring into Action

As you may know, I am a very seasonal person. I treat the beginning of each season as a chance to renew, reflect on the past few months, get clear on my goals, and spring into action. I love the change that comes with each quarter and what each season represents.

Spring symbolizes new beginnings; a fresh start. It literally stands for rebirth. In nature, we see the flowers bloom, the plants sprout, and the weather start to turn into warmer, sunnier days. Spring is a chance for renewal. A chance to initiate new projects and fresh ideas.

At the beginning of each season, I usually reflect on my yearly goals. I take a look at how far I’ve come in achieving these goals over the previous months and then see how I can improve for these next three months to come. From this, I develop the how. How am I going to achieve these goals by month, by week, and by day? Breaking these goals down into simpler tasks helps make the bigger goals and dreams easier to achieve.

Lastly for those who love to shop (me!), I created a little spring-edit of the fashion, beauty, wellness, and home items I have been loving or have been wanting to purchase for myself lately!
