Summer Beauty Favorites & the Ritual of Showing Up for Yourself
I’ve always been a girly girl at heart. That said, I’ve gone through different seasons—some where I’m totally immersed in beauty products and learning how to best enhance my appearance, and others where I’m simply keeping up with the basics. But recently, I’ve been reminded of something I deeply believe: there is nothing more transformational than intentionally putting effort into how you feel and how you show up.
It’s not just about looking good. It’s about the energy shift that happens when you feel good in your skin. For me, taking care of my appearance is an act of self-respect—it's a tangible way of telling myself: you matter, and you’re worth the effort.
Whether it’s putting on a cute gym outfit, styling my hair before running errands, or winding down with a face mask after a long day, these little moments add up. They energize me. They soften my mood. They help me tap into the energy of abundance, joy, and kindness. When I’m prioritizing care—inside and out—I notice that I carry myself differently. More gracefully. Primally Pure
Speaking of sunscreen—I've been using the Primally Pure SPF, and I’m really impressed. So many sunscreens (even the “clean” ones) either don’t feel good on the skin or leave you with that dreaded white cast.
